The order sheet as a PDF (136 KB)   The printable version   Plumbing takeoff from plans   Every sample

Every bid is an estimate from your plans. Plans don't show code or inspector changes, the existing water and sewer service, or fixtures moved during construction. Anything built differently from the drawings won't be in the bid. We recommend a site visit to confirm measurements and conditions before you sign a contract or order materials.

Questions

The plumbing order sheet: questions

Is this a real plumbing order sheet?

Yes. It is the plumbing order sheet of one of our example houses: a real plan set with the address removed, every quantity measured off its 3D model. Yours comes off your own plans.

What do I do with it?

Save it as a PDF and email it to your supplier for a price, or keep it as your material list. It comes with every bid, next to the takeoff and the draft bid.

Is it exact?

It is an estimate from the plans. Plans don't show everything, so check it on site before you order.
