We read the plans and build the whole house in 3D: roof, walls, openings. Every quantity comes off that model.

A person on our team spends 10 minutes checking the model and the bid against your plans. Then it goes to your account.

A single-trade bid is priced by the size of the plan set. The whole-house package is one flat price.

Questions
Why "10 Minute Bids"?
Once your house is built in 3D from the plans, a person on our team spends 10 minutes checking the model and the bid against the plans before it's sent. That 10 minutes of human review is on every bid. Building the model itself takes longer, depending on the size of the plan set.
What should I upload?
The full plan set as a PDF. The approved permit plans are best because they include the roof plan, elevations, sections and schedules. You can also add images, DWG or ZIP files.
How big can the files be?
Up to 300 MB per file and up to 10 files per project.
Who sees my plans?
Only you and the team building your bid. Plans are stored privately and never posted publicly.
I'm a contractor. Can I bid more than one trade?
Yes. Order each trade separately, or take the whole-house package if you want every trade.
What if my plans are missing something?
If a sheet we need isn't in the set (a roof plan, say), we'll tell you before we build the bid.
