A real two-story house, address hidden: 29 rooms, 28 windows, 24 roof planes. Framing: 705 ft of exterior wall, 90 trusses, 1,785 pieces of lumber, on a cut list. Tap a line on the cut list and the model shows you exactly where it goes. Roof: 4,695 sq ft, 2:12 to 10:12. 376 metal panels cut to length, every eave, ridge and valley measured.

No. Every bid is an estimate built from your plans. Plans don't show everything: pony walls and other field-built conditions, changes made during construction, and anything built differently from the drawings won't be in the bid. We recommend a site visit to confirm measurements and conditions before you sign a contract or order materials.
The full plan set as one PDF, up to 300 MB. Approved permit plans are best: they have the roof plan, elevations, sections and schedules. If your sheets are in several files, combine them into one PDF first.
