The order sheet as a PDF (139 KB)   The printable version   Painting takeoff from plans   Every sample

Every bid is an estimate from your plans. Plans don't show surface prep: patching, sanding, stain blocking, or siding and trim that arrive unprimed. Anything built differently from the drawings won't be in the bid. We recommend a site visit to confirm measurements and conditions before you sign a contract or order materials.

Questions

The painting order sheet: questions

Is this a real painting order sheet?

Yes. It is the painting order sheet of one of our example houses: a real plan set with the address removed, every quantity measured off its 3D model. Yours comes off your own plans.

What do I do with it?

Save it as a PDF and email it to your supplier for a price, or keep it as your material list. It comes with every bid, next to the takeoff and the draft bid.

Is it exact?

It is an estimate from the plans. Plans don't show everything, so check it on site before you order.
