A real flooring order sheet
from a plan set.
Every bid comes with a supplier order sheet. This is the flooring one for an example house (two-story house with front gables), measured off its 3D model: the quantities, the lengths and the pieces, ready to send to a supplier.

Every bid is an estimate from your plans. Plans don't show the subfloor: leveling, patching or moisture work, or rooms changed during construction. Anything built differently from the drawings won't be in the bid. We recommend a site visit to confirm measurements and conditions before you sign a contract or order materials.
The flooring order sheet: questions
Is this a real flooring order sheet?
Yes. It is the flooring order sheet of one of our example houses: a real plan set with the address removed, every quantity measured off its 3D model. Yours comes off your own plans.
What do I do with it?
Save it as a PDF and email it to your supplier for a price, or keep it as your material list. It comes with every bid, next to the takeoff and the draft bid.
Is it exact?
It is an estimate from the plans. Plans don't show everything, so check it on site before you order.
