Every bid is an estimate from your plans. Plans don't show trim as built: most trim is measured on site, and walls and openings shift during construction. Anything built differently from the drawings won't be in the bid. We recommend a site visit to confirm measurements and conditions before you sign a contract or order materials.

Questions

The finish carpentry order sheet: questions

Is this a real finish carpentry order sheet?

Yes. It is the finish carpentry order sheet of one of our example houses: a real plan set with the address removed, every quantity measured off its 3D model. Yours comes off your own plans.

What do I do with it?

Save it as a PDF and email it to your supplier for a price, or keep it as your material list. It comes with every bid, next to the takeoff and the draft bid.

Is it exact?

It is an estimate from the plans. Plans don't show everything, so check it on site before you order.
