Does Hover work from blueprints?
Yes. Hover takes PDF, DWG or DXF plans and models the exterior: the roof, the walls and the openings. Its help center says interior from blueprints is still in testing (read October 6, 2026).
What does Hover cost from blueprints?
Hover publishes $49 to $149 for a blueprint roof and $99 to $299 for a blueprint exterior on its Starter plan, with measurements and material lists; its production-ready estimates come with the Pro plan ($999 a year) and up (read October 6, 2026). Ours is $39 a trade, with the material list, the supplier order sheet and a draft bid.
Which trades do you do that Hover doesn't from plans?
Framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, interior paint and finish carpentry, from the same plan set.
Is it an exact price?
No. Every number is an estimate built from your plans, and a site visit is recommended before you sign or order material.
