What you get

What each report is.

  • Roof reports (Construction line). Measured from EagleView's own aerial images: roof diagrams, lengths, areas, pitch and a waste table, as a PDF, with an ESX file for Xactimate. Priced by roof size.
  • Bid Perfect. A quick sales-stage number: the square count, the facet count and the main pitches. It can be upgraded to a full roof report.
  • Walls and Walls, Windows & Doors. The outside walls for siding and paint, with the openings in the second one.
  • Full House. The roof and the walls together.
New construction

When the house is still a plan set.

Every report on that list is measured from aerial images, so it needs a house that is standing. For new construction, an addition or an ADU, the numbers come from the plans. EagleView announced a roof-only blueprint takeoff in 2016; it isn't on today's price list, so ask EagleView whether it is still offered.

Measure the plans yourself (how to measure a roof from blueprints), or upload them: we build the house in 3D and take off each trade you order, $39 a trade with the 3D model, a material list, a supplier order sheet and a draft bid. Every trade after the first in the same order is half price.

Questions

EagleView pricing: questions

How much does an EagleView report cost?

On its published price list (read October 6, 2026), a residential roof report runs $24.25 to $87 by roof size and price tier, Bid Perfect is $18, Walls is $40, Walls, Windows & Doors is $67.50 to $78, and Full House (roof and walls) is $91 to $105.

What is the cheapest EagleView report?

Bid Perfect, at $18: a sales-stage square count, facet count and main pitches, which can be upgraded to a full roof report.

Why are there Bronze, Silver and Gold prices?

They are EagleView's price tiers. Its page says buying through a partner or distributor, or in volume, can lower the price; the top tier is by quote.

Do I need an EagleView report for new construction?

Its reports are measured from aerial images of a standing house. For a house that is still a plan set, the measurements come from the plans: by hand, or from a service that works from blueprints.

Is a report from plans exact?

No. It is an estimate from the drawings; what gets built can differ, so check it on site before you order material.
